Nigel Wesley


Nigel has been an entrepreneur for over 40 years beginning in plastic distribution and manufacturing, where he was instrumental in the design and production of many products which are extensively in use throughout the UK and Europe to this day.

He later focused on solutions for the telecommunications and construction industry, then branching into IT and software for associated markets, with a combined revenue exceeding £100m via strong sales approach and M&A initiatives up to exit.

Outside of work: Walking, travelling, motor cars.

Louis Wawrzesta

Managing Director

Louis has over 10 years of experience in IT services and software encompassing operations, commercialisation, and M&A.

He was co-founder and COO at GlobalReach Technology until its acquisition in 2018, which developed and implemented bespoke WiFi solutions for some of the world's largest companies including BT, CenturyLink, Google, Ruckus, Virgin Media and Vodafone.

Outside of work: Anything Star Wars related (excluding the latest trilogy) and being on a mountain with a snowboard.


Tony Fitzwilliams

Tony Fitzwilliams

Sales Director

Tony has over 30 years experience in sales across a number of industries including renewables, civil engineering and IT. He has held senior sales and commercial roles at both small and large enterprises consistently creating annual sales exceeding £10M.

He founded UFW, a renewable energy business in distributing heat, wind and solar solutions before being sold to a FTSE 100 Company in 2012.

Outside of work: Travelling around Europe visiting places of cultural interest on my motorbike.

Tim Jones

Technical Director

Tim has 30 years experience in the Communications industry, working from Junior Technician up to Technical Director within Comtrol.

He has developed solutions for many complex projects including Leonardo, Alaris Medical and Thales. Working with customers to identify the best solution to their problems, from off the shelf to assisting in the design and delivery of bespoke products where an off the shelf solution doesn’t exist.

Outside of work: Spending time with his family and dogs, cycling, running, music.

Gemma has 10 years of experience within the IT and Managed Services industry, progressing rapidly from First Line Analyst to Head of Service Delivery.

She is ITIL qualified and has been instrumental in improving operational processes that make organisations more efficient whilst providing industry leading customer service.

Andrew Brown

Head of Technical Services

Andrew has over 15 years experience in IT Management, Network Design and Support.

He has worked on complex networking projects for network operators, stadiums and government, working with customers to identify the best solution for their requirements.

Outside of work: Playing and coaching field hockey for his local club and region. Also watching movies, outdoor activities such as hiking and snowboarding, and spending time with family.

Stephanie Birch

Marketing Director

With 10 years’ marketing and communication experience in raising brand awareness, building reputation and driving growth, Stephanie has previously worked with UK Property and Standards companies.

She has recently moved over to the IT sector with a focus on marketing strategy development; brand management; multi- channel campaign preparation, execution and management; content creation; social media and event management.

Outside of work: Being outdoors, travelling and reading.

Harald Riise

Director and Advisor

Harald has a 30 year career within Technology in multiple markets and industries. He started his career as a developer of banking systems and moved on to various leadership roles in the Nordic region and Europe

He is passionate about technology as a business enabler, and as a key to solving the sustainability issues of today and tomorrow. Harald’s background spans senior and C-level leadership roles with companies like IBM, HP, DXC and Capgemini.

Harald is currently CEO of Compute Nordic Ltd, a leading provider of 100% renewable data centre services powered by glacier in Norway.

Antony Cooper

Non-Executive Director / Advisor

Antony has over 23 years of commercial experience within the internet, technology and digital marketing industries. He is founder of Firefly Digital and has worked for a number of award-winning agencies and successful tech companies, developing innovative digital solutions for a broad range of products and services. He was head of digital an award-winning Internet technology services company, ZGROUP delivering consumer-based software, gaining extensive experience in early stage startups through to successful IPO-listing.

He has a passion for all things digital, and looks forward to working with the continued developments in smart technologies. Outside of work Antony enjoys any sport that involves mountains, road cycling, and smuggling new gadgets into the house.
